WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Jejo’s Market will make every effort to ship within 1-2 days of the receipt of your order.  For more information about Shipping please see our Term and Conditions Agreement.
 
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email confirming your order.  You will also receive a subsequent email notification with tracking information when the order ships.  In addition, you can view the status of your order in the My Account section.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Jejo’s Market is fully committed in providing you with top quality products and the best possible service.  If you decide to return any unopened, unused items please ensure these are sent back immediately.  In order to receive a refund on the cost of the items returned these must be received by our warehouse within 15 calendar days from when you received them.  Jejo’s Market cannot cover the cost of the return label.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Jejo’s Market offers free shipping for orders over $49.  For orders below this amount, we will apply flat rates depending on the weight.
 
WHERE DOES JEJO'S MARKET SHIP TO?
Jejo’s Market ships to all addresses in the continental U.S. Unfortunately, we do not yet ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.  We will be sure to let you know once we are able to ship beyond the continental U.S.
 
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Jejo’s Market has five (5) distribution centers throughout the United States, and as a result 99% of the continental U.S. based population can expect to receive its orders within 3 days from when shipped. 
 
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can!  However, if you decide to cancel your order, please keep in mind you will need to do so before it has been processed for shipping.  You should contact Jejo’s Market within 30 minutes from when the order is placed.  We will make every effort to accommodate your cancelation.  Nevertheless, we will be unable to do so if your order has been processed for shipping.
Please contact us immediately at info@jejosmarket.com.  We are available Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm (EST) to cancel orders.  
Jejo’s Market will not be responsible for providing a return label for such cases.

No worries, just click on the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner of our site then select Lost your password?  Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive an email with a link to create your new password.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT?
We find that online support is considerably more effective in promptly addressing customer service issues.  We will provide an initial response to inquiries within 24 hours and aim to address and resolve issues within 72 hours.
